Sydney Anglicans post that Turkish Christians are being victimised ...just like GLBTI people around the world.

Sydney Anglicans report as breaking news that despite some promising developments, Christians in Turkey and homosexuals in developed and under developed countries, continue to suffer attacks from private citizens, discrimination by lower-level government officials and vilification in both school textbooks and news media.

Protestent groups in Turkey and Gay Activist groups around the world, both agree that the removal of this root of intolerance is an urgent problem. There is documented evidence that Christians in Turkey and gays around the world were killed, beaten and threatened.

Along with attacks, Christians in Turkey and gays in Uganda, continue to have problems establishing places of worship.

Christian extremists and gay activists blame the increase in the ignorant and slanderous material as the reason for misinformed bigotry.

Being a Christian or gay is often characterized in the news media as a negative thing... and many legal activities of church bodies and gays were portrayed as if they were illegal or a liability to society.

Can't Sydney Anglicans sell their their 'choice theory' to persecuted Christians .... we all know that gays stop being persecuted when they choose to pretend to be heterosexual, and marry...so why can't Haydn Skype over to Turkey and cure those Turks' addiction to Christianity?

  1. If the Diocese of Gippsland became part of Turkey, David Ould might shut up!
