The Australian Christian Lobby pushes for sponsors to boycott Sunrise for its support of Marriage Equality

Yesterday Get Up announced that Sunrise is getting behind the campaign to stop marriage discrimination, however this morning Sunrise woke up to a campaign backed by the Australian Christian Lobby denouncing their decision.

The Sunrise team went out on a limb and others who might be thinking about backing this campaign will be watching how this situation unfolds. Can you let the team know they have our support by adding your name to the thank you card and let the sponsors know how you feel?

    I'm a bit confused here. I came across your website where you profess to being a Christian, yet you are asking readers to support gay marriage which is clearly against God's design and biblical truth. It is disappointing that somewhere along your travels you have misunderstood scripture. I pray for you and hope you will see that you are in fact going against God himself. Blessings, Chris
