A crowd of 10,000 gathered to await the ALP debate on marriage equality. The Conference voted in favour of a platform change proposed by Rainbow Labor. Now, for the first time, Labor party policy supports full marriage equality.
Within months politicians will be debating whether or not to end marriage discrimination and when the legislation is introduced, the ALP will be allowed to vote with their conscience. All eyes will be on Tony Abbott’s Coalition to do the same. Photo courtesy of Get Up.

Labor politicians should avoid going to Nigeria in case they are imprisoned for 14 years. It is good to know our African friends follow the teachings of the Jensens.
