Yeah you'd think David Ould, being such a prominent writer of such a commercial blog would realise that he is a public figure and his misogynist and homophobic viewpoints would be scrutinised.

Reading Sydney Anglican bigotry and hypocrisy is like committing an act of self harm... or like standing in the middle of a highway and being run over by a semi trailer!
It is all too easy to get the Ould Twins mixed up, Calamity! DAVID (known world-wide as Dobby) OULD has never been a homosexual. His brother, Pete, once fancied kissing a man he saw on TV, but is now fully recovered. It is DAVID Ould who fearlessly blacked out his own name to hide his blackmail. Such is the integrity of Sydney Baptists.
ReplyDeleteTimely correction much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteHow can a fundamentalist have integrity? Where is the integrity in repressing women and GLBTI people?
ReplyDeleteConfusion over the Ould Twins happens in New Zealand, as well as the rest of the world. As the comments in this blog show, Dobby is often accused of doing ungodly things with his prostate, whilst his ex-gay twin is assumed to be a mere unemployed deacon.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that David Ould was the blogger and the complaintant who blocked his own name out.
ReplyDeleteHow do you know that is was David Ould that posted it, let alone who posted up the documents on that other site? None of the posters can be identified from the websites themselves.
Because only David Ould was in possession of the documents.
ReplyDeleteMakes sense, unless he passed them on to someone else at some point. Or someone in the Diocese took action themselves.
ReplyDeleteAnd history said that Eve was the temptress... but it seems that in Sydney the role is reversed.
ReplyDeleteYou are probably right, Anon. I wouldn't commit an act so ungodly as blackmail, since Our Heavenly Father might send me to Hell. Besides, Calamity Jane, a resident of Sydney, is APPALLED that I've been reported to the appropriate authorities - like when parents complained about be to the NSW Education Department.
